This can be done from within RUMNUT or using Windows Explorer.
Within RUMNUT

• Use the Backup routine on the Files menu option to back up both the ration files and the user specific files on to a floppy on the old machine
• Transfer this floppy to the new machine and then use the Backup routine to Retreive Files.

Using Explorer (or similar)
On the old computer

• go to C:\Program Files\RUMNUT
• Copy rumnut.dfs rumnut.fds, rumnut.fls and all the rn??????.rnr files to a floppy.

On the new computer

• Again in explorer (or similar)
• go to C:\Program Files\RUMNUT
• Copy rumnut.dfs rumnut.fds, rumnut.fls and all the rn??????.rnr files from the floppy to the C: drive.

NOTE

If you only have an upgrade copy of Version 5.0 on CD-ROM then you will need to put the user specific files on the new machine BEFORE installing the upgrade on the new machine. This is best done using Windows Explorer as above but you will need to create the RUMNUT directory/folder in c:\Program Files.
