Cancellation and refund policy. Every effort will be made to send out goods as ordered.

Where one or more products are no longer available we will contact you and refund the purchase costs. All shortfalls and damage in goods recieved must be notified to us within 7 working days. Where the fault can be shown to reside with us we will endevour to correct the problem or issue a refund.

Courses Where we or our agents cancel a course a full refund will be given. Where the prospective delegate or their agent cancels a refund less £80 administration costs will only be given if the cancellation is recived one full month before the start of the course. Refunds will not be given for cancellations less that one month before the course start date.

Privacy policy Information supplied through this website will only be used to fulfil the relevant order and for other direct communication with you (and other course delegates and tutors). Such information will not be passed to any third parties.
