Order on-line and pay by credit cardIf you wish to pay by cheque please print out the following form, complete it and send to me at the address and fax number given at the bottom. Please indicate on the form below how many copies you wish to purchase. Please allow 21 days for delivery in the UK and 28 days overseas.

Sterling prices includes post and packing within UK, dollar and Euro prices include airmail postage and packing. Please deduct £10 if a copy of the book is not required with the full version. VAT is chargeable on RUMNUT purchases. If paying by credit card please add 4% handling charge and quote the type of card, the name on the card, the full number, expiry date and three digit security number. (I advise you either fax this information or spread it over more than one email for security). If using a credit card it is probably better to use the online service supplied through PayPal

Overseas customers

Payment from overseas customers is generally accepted in dollars (USA, Australian or New Zealand) and Euros as detailed above. Above prices and exchange rates valid until 31th Sept 2009. For details of other currencies accepted and current prices please contact me by email
