Order on-line and pay by credit cardIf you wish to pay by cheque please print out the following form, complete it and send to me at the address and fax number given at the bottom. Please indicate on the form below how many copies you wish to purchase. Please allow 21 days for delivery in the UK and 28 days overseas.

Sterling prices includes post and packing within UK, dollar and Euro prices include airmail postage and packing. Please deduct £10 if a copy of the book is not required with the full version. VAT is chargeable on RUMNUT purchases. If paying by credit card please add 4% handling charge and quote the type of card, the name on the card, the full number and expiry date (I advise you fax rather than email such information).

Overseas customers

Payment from overseas customers is generally accepted in dollars (USA, Australian or New Zealand) and Euros as detailed above. Above prices and exchange rates valid until 31th April 2007. For details of other currencies accepted and current prices please contact me by email
