Talks and seminars

Over the years I have given talks to a wide range of groups and various levels from the 'interested public' through to advanced courses for practicing nutritionists. Groups I have given talks to are:

• Agricultural colleges
• Universities; London and Liverpool Vet Schools
• Farmers groups and discussion groups
• British Goat Society
• Veterinary groups; regional divisions of the BVA
• Species groups of the BVA such as the British Cattle Veterinary Association and the Goat Veterinary Society.
• Feed companies
• Consultancy groups
• Three and four day courses for veterinary surgeons, Feed advisors and consultants

The topics of my talks have ranged widely from single subject metings to longer three day workshops where a wider range of veterinary topics can be considered. particular single subject meetings at the moment are:

• Feeding the fresh calver
• Nutrition without numbers - a clinicians approach.
• Monitoring - getting the best out of farm data and NMR data.
